2. Disclosure upon application

1.According to the content of the application, can reply on the spot, reply on the spot;If the applicant cannot reply on the spot, the applicant shall reply in writing within 20 working days from the date of receiving the application;If it is necessary to extend the reply period, the person in charge of the government information disclosure agency shall agree and inform the applicant, and the maximum extension period shall not exceed 20 working days。
2.Where the applied public information has been voluntarily disclosed, the applicant shall be informed of the way and means of obtaining the government information。
3.If the requested public information can be disclosed, the applicant shall be provided with the government information, or the applicant shall be informed of the way, means and time to obtain the government information。
4.If the decision is not made public according to the provisions of the Regulations, the applicant shall be informed and the reasons given。
5.If the requested public information is not found after retrieval, the applicant shall be informed that the government information does not exist。
6.If the information applied for is not disclosed by the Houma Municipal People's Government Office, inform the applicant and explain the reasons;If it is possible to identify the administrative organ responsible for disclosing the government information, the applicant shall be informed of the name and contact information of the administrative organ。

9.Where the information applied for disclosure contains content that should not be disclosed or does not belong to government information, but can be distinguished, the applicant shall be provided with the content of government information that can be disclosed, and explain the reasons for the content that will not be disclosed;If it is necessary to process and analyze existing government information, it shall not be provided。
10.Applicants who conduct letters, visits, complaints, reports and other activities in the form of government information disclosure applications shall be informed that they will not be treated as government information disclosure applications and can be informed to submit them through the corresponding channels。
